在理事会工作汇报环节，韩冰秘书长回顾了北京大学汇丰商学院英国校区的建立与发展，总结全英校友会一年以来的重点工作和发展概况。校友会致力于服务校友工作与生活，整合各界资源衔接中英校友，承接了校区大型活动如北大120周年海外校庆与年会，与在英其他协会展开交流与合作，成功举办了未名讲坛和博雅沙龙以及娱乐联谊活动等。其中博雅沙龙论坛致力于促进各领域之间的思维碰撞与校友之间深度交流，目前已经成功举办三期，涉及清洁能源、激光成像以及金融科技等领域。校友会将继续完善校友会及各地分会结构，完善校友信息及分组，加强发挥各界校友力量，进一步发展校友活动。韩冰秘书长结合校友会现状，对校友会的未来发展做出计划和展望。
第三个环节是校友故事和经验分享。本次年会新增燕园吐槽大会环节，分享能够引起大家共鸣的内容。主持人在年会现场分享了一位匿名校友关于北大必修课文科计算机的趣事，激起了参会校友的强烈共鸣，全程引发大家的笑声和掌声。
在主题演讲环节，英国皇家艺术学院博士在读、艺术领域研究员聂小依校友结合个人经历做文化艺术讲座。聂校友讲述了《读风景的人》这一假杂志发行计划背后的故事。书中收录了8封信和17封回信，这是一个在10天内发生在电子邮件平台上项目，探讨了倾诉与对话的意义
汉学家、历史学家，大英图书馆中文典藏部前主任吴芳思校友（Dr. Francis Wood）讲述了1975-1976年在北大的学习经历以及其撰写的关于中国印象和北大印象的著作。吴校友还在年会现场展示了一系列珍贵的照片，将照片背后的故事娓娓道来，让年轻一代的校友对70年代的北大有了更清晰的印象。

富国良校友（Founder & CEO of GeneFirst）讲述了本科、博士、博士后以及工作阶段的经历，分享了职业生涯中的经验和心得以及公司创业的经验。富校友同时介绍了液体活检领域的相关背景以及其创办的GeneFirst的主要业务。最后，牛津大学惠康人类遗传研究中心博士后研究员甘蔚博士针对目前热议的“基因编辑婴儿”事件，回顾了这一事件的发展历程，讲述生物学家的集体公关，并分享了热点下如何做科学传播的看法。
会后，校友们在校区大厅用餐，继续交流和讨论。
